stayAPT Suites Jackson

Stayed 52 nights at the Jackson, TN location. Housekeeping is not the best and the laundry machines were frequently out of order too, but otherwise a good experience. Oh, yeah, don't cook in the rooms unless you want to set off the super-sensitive smoke alarms. Christa was great!

The manager here on site Christian . C is absolutely the best manager she takes care of us even when we aren’t home . I live on the road and I love staying here

Suite 204 looks like it had recently been renovated. Nicely appointed. 2 large flat screens w/cable. Full kitchen, including oven/cooktop, dishwasher, full size fridge, full size sink, cookware, dishes and utensils. Bed was comfortable enough. I was there in freezing weather and the heat/ac worked perfectly. The office was only open during certain hours, but when my key didn’t work, I called the posted “emergency” help number and help arrived promptly to renew my key card. Overall an excellent place to stay. Especially for longer stays.

Loved our stay here. The inside out was awesome. It's like your inside but you're really outside, my family and i loved every moment of it.

I think the community like setting is cool... its small hotel the rooms sizes are great... the bedroom space closet space bathroom space living room and kitchen it give the feel of a one room apartment. This particular room had one pot in it and I dont know if that's the norm of if more was mixing. The water pressure in the shower wasn't that good in my opinion but the entire room itself was great and the kicker was at night even thou it kinda like an indoor hotel with a courtyard all the rooms had lights outside of them so it was well lit inside

I loved staying at Stayapt Suites in Jackson. This property has a great team of employees and the rooms and amenities. With food places all around including a grocery store directly across the street. I definitely enjoyed my time at Stayapt Suites Jackson, and i will definitely be back!

I stopped by to gather some information about this property. I have family scheduled to visit for the holidays. And I wanted to make a informed decision on whether or not to book hotel rooms or an Airbnb. I spoke with two different managers. Both were professional and extremely helpful and polite. Because of the management and the way the property looked, I have decided to book rooms at this hotel. Online the reviews are mixed!! However, I absolutely recommend this property.
